Raiders 2024 Mock Draft: Who’s Getting Drafted? What Everyone Is Predicting

So, we’ve been keeping an eye on all the brainiacs and their crystal balls to see who the Silver and Black might snag with the lucky number 13 pick. Less than three weeks to go, and the predictions are as clear as mud. Let's dive into the deep end of the draft predictions pool.

The 2024 Draft Order Crystal Ball:

Rhett Lewis, NFL.com thinks we should go for Michael Penix Jr., QB, Washington. He’s saying, “This guy’s arm is a cannon, and he’s sneakily quick on his feet. Injuries aside, he could sling it with the best of them. Could be the new arm candy in town.”

Nick Baumgardner, The Athletic, is all about Taliese Fuaga, OT, Oregon State. “The Raiders might not be jetting up the draft for a QB, but snagging Fuaga? That’s like getting the golden ticket for the O-line. The man's a fortress.”

Max Chadwick, Pro Football Focus, echoes the Penix praise: “Penix has an arm that could launch rockets, and he's been lighting up college football like the Fourth of July.”

Josh Edwards, CBS Sports, is looking at Quinyon Mitchell, CB, Toledo, saying, “Vegas needs some O-line love, sure, but snagging a CB like Mitchell, who’s as sticky as gum on a hot sidewalk, wouldn’t hurt.”

Chad Reuter, NFL.com, wants us to check out JC Latham, OT, Alabama. “Big guy with moves? Latham’s your man. He’s like a dancing bear — good luck getting past him.”

Charles McDonald & Nate Tice, Yahoo Sports, are eyeballing Troy Fautanu, OL, Washington. “The O-line’s thirsty for talent, and Fautanu’s like a tall drink of water. Put him anywhere, and he’s gold.”

Bruce Feldman, The Athletic, is also team Penix: “The dude turned Washington around faster than you can say ‘touchdown,’ with stats that’ll make your head spin. He’s the quarterback whisperer’s dream.”

Maurice Jones-Drew, NFL.com, is dreaming of Rome Odunze, WR, Washington. “Ever wanted a younger Davante Adams? Odunze might be your guy. Imagine the learning sessions with Adams himself.”

Field Yates, ESPN, is sticking with Taliese Fuaga, OT, Oregon State. “After beefing up the defense, it’s time to give the O-line some love. Fuaga’s the guy you want if you need someone who’s as tough as nails and smooth as silk.”

Michael Middlehurst-Schwartz, USA Today, goes for Terrion Arnold, CB, Alabama. “Arnold’s got that old-school Raiders vibe with speed to make you weep. He’s the fresh face for a new chapter.”

Wrapping It Up:

So, there you have it — a smorgasbord of guesses, hunches, and maybe a few dart throws. Who will the Raiders pick? Your guess is as good as ours, but one thing's for sure: It’s gonna be a wild ride to draft day. Stay tuned, Raider Nation!
